The CSTA, a membership organization sponsored by the ACM, supports and promotes the teaching of computer science and other computing disciplines. CSTA provides opportunities for K-12 teachers and students to better understand the computing disciplines and to more successfully prepare themselves to teach and learn. Teachers can join CSTA for FREE as individual members. Colleges and universities can join as institutional members.
Our chapter meetings are normally held on the 3rd Saturday of each month during the academic year, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 pm on the University of Washington's main Seattle campus. There are some exceptions to this, to accommodate various school holidays.
